Newly open in March 2011, Hoyt's is a full-service restaurant located adjacent to Hotel 71. This Modern American Tavern offers a unique twist to Midwestern comfort food, with the flare of an All-American neighborhood tavern. Featuring fresh, local produce and meats, Executive Chef Gabriel Kolofon focuses on quality cuisine presented with simple sophistication. Guests of any background will feel comfortable at Hoyt's for breakfast, lunch, dinner or cocktails. In true tavern spirit, the Hoyt's Beverage Menu features a select list of American wines, craft local beers and historic signature cocktails. Hoyt's presents big-city tastes at small-town prices. In addition to the full-service restaurant, a limited menu is available as an extension of Hoyt's through room service at Hotel 71.
